Oh, I know how she feels! Why, I’ve needed to buy a toilet bowl brush for weeks and weeks now, but I’ve misplaced one of my diamond earrings and I just can’t bring myself to go to Walmart in my plain old pearls!
I don’t know how it is in her area, but in my small town you’re likely to run into at least four or five people you know at Wal-Mart, including former classmates and old flames from 20 years ago. You just don’t want to look too frumpy!
