There are some potential appointees for federal government posts that seem to think animals ought to have different places than most of us seem to.
President Obama has nominated, for the post of “regulatory czar” a man named Cass Sunstein who has been described as an “animal rights zealot.”
Sunstein has argued that sport hunting should be outlawed, as should meat-eating. I assume he wants to make the world more vegetarian. But, and get this, he has also argued that animals should be allowed to file lawsuits “with human beings as their representatives.” I kid you not. It seems that, in violation of the biblical mandate that man is to have control over the creation and be a steward of it, Mr. Sunstein would rather have animals calling the shots, represented by humans–and you can guess who the humans would be–those in certain government positions.

A baboon story that the author of Face to Face ought to appreciate: http://www.kyriosity.com/2004/06/now-thats-hospitality-colleague-just.htm
Valerie,
That’s a great story — and scarey. I hate baboons.
